Let's Talk About: Reflection

I recently saw a thread that went along the lines of -
- It's already July (the second half of 2023) (!); haven't even had the time to reflect on the first half of 2023 -
It brought to mind one of the most important things that I think everyone should have in some way or form in our lives:
  • time to sit down; and
  • reflect about our day / week / month and ultimately, our lives.
After all -

it's the seconds, minutes that makes up the day,
the days that makes up the week,
the weeks that make up the months,
the months that make up the year, and
the years that makes up our lives.

Before you know it, the week has gone by.
Before you know it, the month has gone by.
Before you know it, the year has gone by.
Before you know it, our life has gone by.

So - taking some time might seem like a big deal now (!) but taking stock of our life at the moment might do us good.

After all, it's the middle of the year now 😀 What better time than to reflect?

I personally know and believe that I need the daily reminders to be grateful for where I am at and the things that I have. So easy to take that all for granted.

That said: -
